General Description

Child Nutrition label barbecue sauce with chicken. Tomato-based sauce with 6% Textured Vegetable Protein. Designed for public/private schools, day-care, and institutional use. Healthy alternative to pork barbecue.

Preparations & Cooking Instructions

Defrost under refrigeration. Heat in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.

Serving Suggestions

Serve on a school lunch menu on sandwich or plate with traditional BBQ fixings. For day-care, serve in hotdog roll for ease of use with young children. Serve in jails & prisons in place of pork products.
