Preparations & Cooking Instructions
Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat Boil in bag in boiling water or steamer for 30 minutes. May be heated out of bag in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.
