That’s why every single Boston Butt we process is hand-pulled by a professional. Our processing professionals remove the bone and excess fat from each piece of meat before passing it down the line to be carefully weighed and blended with the sauce to create your product. Machines can expedite a lot in this world, but nothing replaces the touch of a pulled pork artist.
It may not be the fastest way to make product, but we are sure it’s the best way to make it!
