McCain Tots (#OIF00215A)

Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce (#0440HF)

Great Lakes Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

BBQ Rub

Green Onion

Procedure

  1. In a 350 degree fryer, cook the McCain Tater Tots from a frozen state for 3 min.
  2. While the tots are cooking, heat up Chandler Foods “Make Your Own” Pulled Pork for 3 mins, or until Pork reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.
  3. Drain and toss tots with your choice of BBQ rub.
  4. In a small, lined, baking sheet, place McCain Tater Tots on the bottom and top with warmed Chandler Food “Make Your Own” Pulled Pork.
  5. Drizzle 3 oz of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce and cover with shredded cheese.
  6. In a 350 degree oven, Bake tots for 3 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
  7. Garnish with remaining Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce and green onions.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
