Chandler’s “Make Your Own” Chicken BBQ

Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce, Cattlemans

Red Onion, Minced

Coarse Panko

Roasted Jalapeno Flavor Concentrate, Minors

Unsalted Butter

Procedure

  1. IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE THE “MAKE YOUR OWN” CHICKEN BBQ WITH THE MEMPHIS SWEET BBQ SAUCE AND RED ONION.
  2. ADD THE MAC AND CHEESE TO THE BOWL AND GENTLY COMBINE INGREDIENTS UNTIL FULLY INCORPORATED.
  3. POUR INTO 4” FULL HOTEL PAN OR (2) 4” HALF HOTEL PANS.
  4. MELT THE BUTTER AND JALAPENO FLAVOR CONCENTRATE TOGETHER.
  5. IN A SMALL BOWL, BLEND THE BUTTER MIXTURE AND PANKO BREAD CRUMBS TOGETHER BY HAND. SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER THE MAC AND CHEESE.
  6. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350F FOR 45 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL, ROTATE PAN, AND BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN AND BUBBLY.
