Ingredients

4 oz. Chandler pulled pork

2 slices of Jewish Rye bread (can use pumpernickel, marble rye or other bread if you like) 

1 Tbsp. 1000 island dressing

2 slices Swiss cheese

1 oz. sauerkraut (can substitute creamy slaw or BBQ slaw if you like)

Butter

Procedure

  1. Spread some butter on one side of each piece of bread
  2. place bread, butter side down on griddle
  3. add a slice of cheese to each piece of bread
  4. add dressing to one piece of bread
  5. heat sauerkraut and add it to dressing
  6. heat pork, place on top of sauerkraut
  7. top with remaining slice of bread
  8. slice and serve with your favorite sandwich accompaniments
